  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, ketchup, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs in batches on both sides. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the sliced onions to the skillet and cook until soft and lightly browned, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in flour and cook for another minute. Slowly pour in beef broth, stirring continuously, until the mixture is bubbly and thickened.
  6. Stir in the remaining Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer until cooked through, for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Serve the meatballs and gravy over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your hearty meal!
