Cheesy Mississippi Mud Potatoes

Version 1: Serves: 4 Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6-7 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1 lb) package bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the diced potatoes, grated cheddar cheese, garlic salt, cooked and crumbled bacon, and thinly sliced green onions.
  3. Add the mayonnaise to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious cheesy potato bake!
